Cookie policy for our social casino site

This policy describes cookies and similar storage used on gamedeckltd.com. GameDeck LTD lists social casino games. It does not run gambling wallets. Last updated: 2 October 2026. Related reading: privacy policy.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file a site asks your browser to keep. We also use localStorage and sessionStorage, which live in the browser without always setting a classic cookie.

2. Who sets storage here

First-party storage is set by GameDeck LTD for consent and age confirmation. The hosting layer may set a strictly necessary cookie. Play iframes belong to studios and set their own cookies under their policies.

3. Why the banner exists

UK rules expect a clear choice before non-essential tracking. Choosing Accept or Close hides the bar and writes cookie_consent in localStorage so the bar does not return on that browser until you clear storage.

4. Strictly necessary items

Items needed to deliver the page, remember that you closed the banner, and remember that you confirmed you are 18 for the rest of the session. These are not used to build an advertising profile.

5. Analytics

At the date of this page we do not drop a third-party analytics suite. If we add one later, we will name the vendor here and keep it behind consent.

6. Advertising cookies

We do not run remarketing tags to sell real-money gambling. If a listed studio's page does, that is their tag, not ours.

7. Age confirmation storage

If you select "Yes, I am 18 or older", we store age_verified in sessionStorage. It expires when the tab session ends. It is not a legal identity check.

8. The consent key

The key name is cookie_consent. Clearing site data for gamedeckltd.com removes it and the banner can show again.

9. Duration

Session storage lasts until you close the browser session. LocalStorage lasts until you delete it. Host cookies, if present, should be as short as the host needs for routing.

10. Third-party embeds

The contact page may load an OpenStreetMap embed to mark 91 Waterloo Road. Game play pages load studio iframes. Map and game providers can set their own cookies when the iframe loads.

11. How to refuse or delete

Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies and site data. You can also use private browsing. Refusing all storage may break the banner memory and the age gate memory.

12. Do Not Track signals

Browsers send mixed signals. We do not currently interpret DNT as a separate legal switch because our own tags are already minimal.

13. Updates to this policy

If we introduce a new category of cookie, this page will say so before or at the same time the code goes live. Check the date under the heading.
